Brian Yarbrough
The Vice Chief of Operations oversees and Coordinates the all the Elangomat and Ceremony team activities. He oversees the youth Elangomat Coordinator and Ceremony team coordinator at the Spring and Fall Conclaves. He also oversees several lodge committees.
